Job Purpose: To deliver and support the delivery of business transformation Key activities: To deliver a clear set of objectives aligned to business consulting assignments To establish plans and key milestones to ensure delivery of the assignment with the agreed timescales To ensure quality of delivery on all assignments To review progress of deliverables in a timely manner with team and clients To work closely with the project manager to exploit other consulting opportunities within the client
To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience of HR change programmes within large and complex organisations Experience of Organisation design, leadership and coaching, best practice HR processes that includes; payroll, performance management, recruitment and learning and development Experience of enabling technology, ESS and MSS To have had exposure to organisational design and been fundamental in the delivery of major ?people? change projects Outstanding consulting and analytical skills A minimum of 5 years internal or external business consulting experience The ability to work at all levels within organisations A post graduate business degree SAP experience would be beneficial To be qualified CIPD
